What makes Bringy Furniture different

This is something that every retailer says, “We always strive to be different from the rest.”  Well, we at Bringy Furniture really think we are.  Let me tell you why. 

Firstly, in a world of multinational, faceless companies, after nearly forty five years of trading,  we are still a family owned and run independent furniture retailer.  When you visit our shop, you will meet familiar faces from your previous visits as we have a sales force of five mature people, all of whom have been with the company for many years.

The Managing Director (Tim) of the company only buys furniture that he feels offers quality, choice and value for money.  On this basis, he is therefore happy to only put certain ranges in our showroom.  He knows he has to get this right as he often works in the showroom and if there any problems, he often has to deal with them! 

We concentrate on quality furniture at a fair price, fantastic choice and great service, even AFTER we have delivered the furniture (unlike, sadly, many of our competitors).  We have an excellent reputation locally, hard won, which we cherish and work diligently to keep.

If by any small chance a customer experiences any kind of problem, all the staff are happy to help remedy the problem as they are all aware that a customer with a problem, well remedied, is the perfect advert for our business.  Indeed, Bringy Furniture do not advertise as all our customers are either returning (some third generation now starting to make an appearance!) or from recommendation.

We are well positioned for easy access, being 1.5 miles outside Chelmsford, just off the A12 at junction 17.  We are open seven days per week and have ample free parking.
